If the picture is a window, this figure is climbing up to the window and not offering its eyes as windows into itself. Instead he is trying to point you to look at another dot other than his eyes while being so close and having his hands so near.

 

Pushing the oil pastel as a medium to the limit, this work couldnt suffer many more marks.  In the end it is about a blue shirt and pink and peach cliche body color and having scale of this figure larger than the space alotted on the page.
